Lewis and Clark County’s COVID-19 Community Level is now medium, however, our test positivity rate remains around 40%. 

Based on CDC guidance, we recommend: If you are at high risk for severe illness, please talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions. In addition, stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, and get tested if you have symptoms.
