Only one gas station in Granite County sold midgrade gas in the week ending Jan. 10, at $2.73 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

There is only one reported gas station located within Granite County.

For comparison, the average price of midgrade gas in Montana was $3.04 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 10, down from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
