Here are another few bits of data this Friday, this time concerning daily COVID-19 hospitalizations in our county. 

From mid-October 2021 to mid-August 2022 (10 months), out of all COVID-19 hospital admissions, regardless of the reason for hospitalization or residency: 

• For 44% (85 days) of all days (excluding weekends), St. Peter’s Health had daily double-digit hospitalizations with positive COVID-19 patients. 

• 42 COVID-19-positive patients were hospitalized on October 26, 2021, the highest number thus far.

• The overall average of COVID-19-related hospitalizations since mid-October 2021 has been ten COVID-19-positive patients per day.
