A public auction for government-owned property in Butte-Silver Bow County, Montana, is scheduled for August 20, 2025. The event will take place at the Courthouse Building on the third floor in the Council of Commissioners Chambers, Room #312, located at 155 West Granite Street.

Pre-registration for those interested in participating in the tax deed auction will be open from 9:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. on the day of the sale at the same location. The auction itself is set to begin at 9:30 A.M.
