Reported prices for diesel gas in Lewis and Clark County averaged $3.14 per gallon.
Of the 30 reported gas stations in cities within Lewis and Clark County, six offered diesel gas.
The average reported price for a gallon of diesel gas in Montana was $3.20, unchanged from the previous week.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
