The Montana Chamber of Commerce announced on April 3 a series of upcoming webinars focused on data centers, along with its Quarterly Capitol Connection Zoom Update later in the month.

The events are intended to provide members with factual information about data centers, which have become a prominent topic both statewide and in recent news. The chamber is offering two educational webinars as part of its ongoing series: one on April 16 featuring Bob Morris, Montana Tech Lance Energy Chair, discussing water use at data centers; and another on April 21 with Sonja Nowakowski, Director of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, covering permitting processes for data centers.

Advance registration is required for each event. Each webinar has a unique registration link and is limited to chamber members only. Registrations must be approved prior to the event, after which participants will receive Zoom credentials via email.

In addition to the webinars, the Quarterly Capitol Connection Zoom Update is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 at 1 p.m., also requiring advance registration. Members interested in learning more or registering can access further details through the full newsletter provided by the chamber.

These initiatives reflect an effort by the Montana Chamber of Commerce to keep its membership informed about key issues affecting businesses across the state.
