Montana State University Extension has launched the first statewide stress management resource designed specifically for agriculture producers. It’s for farmers, ranchers, and their families and loved ones. The goal is to provide tools and resources needed to help manage stress and fine-tune mental health.

MSU Extension urges visitors to scroll through the site to discover local, state and national resources that could help ease burdens that they, or a loved one, might be experiencing.  Of special importance is the “Get Help Now” page.

There are links for assistance with Finance and Money, Nutrition and Cooking, Health Issues, Family, Substance Use/Misuse, and Suicide Prevention.
