Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) issued a statement following the Supreme Court's unanimous decision permitting the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to continue easing access to the abortion pill mifepristone. Mifepristone was used in nearly two-thirds of all abortions in the U.S. last year.

“The disappointing ruling by the Supreme Court today allowed Biden’s FDA to continue to carelessly grant American’s untethered access to abortion on demand,” said Rep. Rosendale. “With mifepristone being responsible for nearly 60% of all abortions nationwide, this ruling has drastically weakened the Dobbs v. Jackson decision that was made nearly two years ago to date. I am praying for the thousands of unborn children who have had the opportunity to live a happy and full life taken from them.”
