WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) issued a statement following President Joe Biden's introduction of the "parole in place" program. This measure will provide legal status to 1.1 million individuals currently residing in the U.S. without authorization.

“With each passing week as November nears, Joe Biden is using more of the tools at his disposal to make his border catastrophe permanent,” said Rep. Rosendale. “First, he used the CBP One app to give aliens an easier way to circumvent immigration law and come into our nation illegally. Then, he used an executive order to mandate a certain amount of border crossers be let in our country every single day. Now, his ‘parole in place’ policy is letting those who are already in our country illegally stay here ‘legally’ without returning to their home country, which is legally mandated. STOP THIS MADNESS NOW!”
