The City of Helena has announced that its administrative offices will be closed on November 28 and 29 in observance of Thanksgiving. This closure will affect various city services.
Municipal Court will not be operational on these days. Capital Transit offices will also be closed, and buses will not run during this period.
The Transfer Station is scheduled to close on Thursday, with no trash collection taking place. However, it will reopen for disposal purposes on Friday, although the administrative offices at the station will remain closed. Residents whose trash is typically collected on Thursdays are advised to place their garbage cans out by 7 a.m. on Friday.
