Katie will cover thriving against the backdrop of crisis and share strategies to increase personal leadership agility. Companies become successful because of strong and positive leadership and this is her sweet spot. She has marshalled  tools, ideas, tips and tricks for you to launch forward from wherever you are in your leadership journey. Whether you are stuck or already on this pathway, join in with an open mind and heart because your mindset is going to shift. We will speak about the magnitude of intention and getting comfortable in your power, plus, self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills as these are the five key elements of an emotionally intelligent leader.

About the Speaker:

Katie Stice, IOM, ACE is President/CEO of the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce in the sunny Southern California desert – she celebrates 13 years in the industry and 25 years in nonprofit management.

Katie was included in the Top 40 Under Forty for Palm Springs Life Magazine and Top 10 Most Interesting and Influential Women in the Coachella Valley.
