Census Bureau: More men than women in Spokane Creek in 2020

Of the 438 people living in Spokane Creek in 2020, 40.6 percent (178) were women and 59.4 percent (260) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Southwest Montana News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 147. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 35 males.
