What it is: The CEDS is a document that Headwaters updates every 5 years for the Economic Development Administration (EDA). By identifying projects in your community that need monetary support, we can request future funding from the EDA by showing the need through this document.
Who Should Attend: Community leaders, business owners, and citizens interested in your community's economic development.
