City of Helena administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4, for Independence Day. City services will also be impacted. The closures include Capital Transit, the Transfer Station, and Municipal Court.
Trash collection will not be affected. Residents should place their cans out on Thursday for pick-up.
