The Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has announced plans to discontinue its COVID-19 case tracking and vaccine dashboards. This decision comes as the federal Public Health Emergency is set to end on May 11. The final update to these dashboards will occur on May 5, and they will no longer be accessible online after July 14.

Additionally, DPHHS will cease publication of the monthly COVID-19 Monthly Epi Profile, vaccination reports, and weekly demographic table reports. These reports will receive their last update on May 5.

Despite these changes, DPHHS will continue collaborating with local public health and Tribal health agencies for routine surveillance of COVID-19 cases and outbreaks. Relevant information about COVID-19 will still be available on the DPHHS website.

COVID-19 data specific to Montana can also be found on the CDC’s COVID Data Tracker website.
