National Fire Prevention Week will take place from October 6 to October 12. This annual event, sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association, aims to emphasize the importance of having working smoke alarms in homes.
Throughout the week, the Helena Fire Department plans to host over 400 elementary students from the Helena School District for tours and educational sessions at Station #1.
