WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, during a House Committee on Natural Resources, Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) addressed the rising influence of extreme environmental activist groups over policymaking at the Department of the Interior (DOI) and exposed unlawful alliances with radical non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are steering the Biden administration’s radical environmental agenda.
Rep. Rosendale highlighted the concerning trend of extremist organizations shaping policy decisions within the current administration. He stated, “Over the past three years, we have observed a disturbing trend within this administration—an ever-growing dependence on extremist organizations to shape policy decisions. The Biden administration appears to be governed by a fear of upsetting its most progressive faction. The policies enacted by this administration show the significant influence of these extremist groups.”
Rep. Rosendale's remarks shed light on what he perceives as the undue influence of radical environmentalists on the Biden administration's agenda.
