The City of Helena will observe Indigenous Peoples' Day by closing its administrative offices on Monday, October 14. This closure will affect several city services, including the Municipal Court and the Transfer Station.
Garbage collection is one of the services impacted. Residents who usually have their trash collected on Mondays are advised to place their bins out by 7 a.m. on Tuesday, October 15, for collection.
Capital Transit buses will maintain their regular schedule; however, the office will not be open.
