WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02), sent a letter to Senate and House Appropriations Committees’ leadership urging them to prohibit the VA from using funds to submit veterans’ names to the National Instance Criminal Background Check Systems (NICS).
